You must follow our policies and comply with applicable laws when using Envoicia. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse our platform.
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and accurate. Do not share your account credentials with others, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Certain features of Envoicia may require payment. By signing up for these services, you agree to pay all associated fees as described during checkout. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with advance notice to you.
When using our Service, you agree not to:

Upload, post, or share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
Attempt to access another user’s account or interfere with the Service’s security.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must ensure that your use of the Service is lawful.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Envoicia, including software, logos, and design elements, are owned by us or licensed to us. You agree not to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and protect your privacy when you use Envoicia. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Since plans are monthly/year, you can cancel your account at any time. It’s your responsibility to cancel your account by going to Account Settings > Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent—all your data, including invoices, customers, items, and transactions, will be erased, and your customers will no longer be able to view your invoice links. This action cannot be undone.
We do not provide prorated refunds. All users have the option to try the platform as a Free Account before choosing a paid plan. If you do not cancel your account by deleting it or by contacting support at support@envoicia.com, we will not issue a refund for lack of use.
You’re welcome to try our free plan or our free invoice generator to evaluate the software’s value. Refunds for paid plans will only be provided if there is a billing error on our end.
For Free Plans, Envoicia may terminate your account and delete any associated data if there has been no activity (e.g., no login) for over 6 months (180 days). We’ll make every effort to notify you by email before terminating your account, giving you a chance to log in and keep your account active.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envoicia and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for using the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website. By continuing to use Envoicia after any changes, you accept the new Terms.
